Lean Principles
This course teaches a harmonious system of tools, quality improvement methods and business philosophy that creates highly optimized systems based on an understanding of people and human motivation.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
This short course covers concepts beyond the fundamentals, developing knowledge needed to be assigned to a project as a fully contributing team member, guide limited-scope projects and assist managers.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This course teaches knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead projects, reduce or eliminate waste, mitigate defects in products and processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This course teaches an advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and techniques and provides a problem-solving toolkit that can be applied to nearly any issue, in any organization.
Project Management Essentials
This course teaches basic project management concepts and terms and how to begin effectively applying the newly acquired knowledge and skills to current projects.
PMP® Exam Preparation
This course builds on the Project Management Essentials course to help qualified students (at least three years of project management experience and 35 hours of project management education) prepare for the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification exam.
Agile Certificate
This course teaches Agile methodology, an iterative approach breaking projects into several stages, with consistent communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders leading to continuous improvement at every stage and guiding prioritization of tasks -- valuable in almost any project.
