Once a decision has been made, you’ll receive an electronic letter from the Purdue Graduate School. The letter will guide you on how to accept your enrollment.
Emails from Your Support Team
Once you are admitted and accept your enrollment, you will begin to receive email communications regarding next steps for your program. These will be sent to your personal email until your first semester begins. Check it daily! These messages will include orientation announcements and instructions, financial aid information, and information on "to do" items such as setting up your career account, BoilerKey and Purdue email access, as well as important academic contact information.
Welcome Aboard Message
This is where the fun begins. We'll provide the introductions – to your courses, your instructors and your program as a whole, as well as the resources available to you as you begin your learning journey with Purdue University. From here you will be able to access the full spread of resources and tools available to you as a student at Purdue.
Onboarding
After you receive your Welcome Aboard message, you will be added to your onboarding courses. These tools, located in our Brightspace platform, will be your in-depth introduction to Purdue University’s online programs and the resources, tools, courses and support that will assist you on your educational journey.
Begin Your Courses
After onboarding, you will be prepared to begin your courses. Keep an eye out for emails from your advisors and coaches. The first week of classes will be full of new information, new people and new opportunities. See your Academic Calendars for important dates and deadlines.
Enroll
Once you explore our catalog, simply add your intended course(s) or programs to your shopping cart and check out. Payment must be received before your courses begin. You’ll receive confirmation of payment and enrollment in your email once complete.
Once you have applied and your application reviewed, you will receive an email from the Office of Admissions, and your next steps, to-do items, and final admissions requirements will be found there.
